Items ship from our partner warehouse overseas, usually within 7–14 business days after payment. Total delivery time is typically about 2–3 weeks. If your order will take longer, we will email you.

Yes. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

No. Prices do not include import duties, VAT or other local taxes. If your country charges them, the carrier collects them from you on delivery. The amount depends on your country's rules — please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Our sizes are Asian fit, which usually runs smaller than US/EU sizing. Every product page lists measurements in centimeters. We recommend comparing them with a garment you already own.

Stock at our partner warehouse can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable, we will email you and refund that item in full.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons such as size or color preference.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you. If we need the item back to check it, we will tell you where to send it and cover the return shipping.
