Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping to the following regions:
・North America
・Europe
・Asia
・Other countries and regions
Please note that available shipping destinations may change without prior notice.
If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, please contact us in advance. We will confirm whether delivery to your location is possible.
2. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via carriers designated by us, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or international postal services.
The carrier will be selected by us based on the order details and destination.
3. Delivery (Direct International Shipping)
Our store ships products directly to customers from overseas warehouses.
After payment is confirmed, orders are typically shipped within 7–14 business days.
If shipment is expected to take more than three weeks due to inventory availability or transportation conditions, we will notify you in advance by email.
Please note the following.
・Delivery to a carrier’s branch office (hold-at-location) is generally not available.
・If the shipping address is registered under a company name, please be sure to include an individual recipient’s name. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful delivery.
・Orders may be canceled due to items being out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you by email and issue a prompt refund.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees shown at checkout will apply.
Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, weight, and shipping method, and are subject to change without notice.
5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes (International Orders)
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other fees incurred upon import are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges may be collected by local customs authorities or the shipping carrier upon delivery.
We do not guarantee or pre-calculate these charges in advance.
6. Delays, Loss, or Damage During Shipping
In the event of shipping delays, loss, or damage, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to address the issue.
However, we are not responsible for the following cases.
・Delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, riots, terrorism, or carrier accidents
・Incorrect address information provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or long-term absence
・Delays caused by customs clearance procedures
If a tracking number is issued, please check the delivery status using the tracking information.
7. Address Changes and Receipt After Shipment
Changes to the delivery address after shipment are generally not accepted.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete (e.g., missing street number or building name), any reshipping or return fees will be borne by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to carrier-related issues, return and reshipping costs will also be charged to the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions and Suspension
Delivery to certain regions may not be available due to safety or legal restrictions.
If we determine that delivery is difficult or impossible, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
9. Delivery Timeline (Procurement and Inspection)
After receiving your order, products are procured and inspected at our overseas partner inspection facility before shipment.
Process: Procurement → Inspection at overseas partner facility → Shipment
10. Packaging and Gift Wrapping
To keep prices affordable, items are shipped in simple packaging.
Shoes and hats may be shipped without original boxes depending on the supplier.
Gift wrapping services are not available.
11. Order-to-Delivery Flow
1. Order placed
2. Payment confirmation
3. Product procurement
4. Overseas shipment (approximately 7–14 business days)
5. Domestic delivery to customer location (approximately 3 days)
6. Arrival (approximately 1–4 days)
The timeline above is provided as a general guideline. Actual delivery times may vary depending on individual order conditions and external factors.
12. Order Confirmation Emails
Important information regarding your order will be sent via email.
Please ensure you check your email after placing an order.
If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and email settings.
13. Shipping Notification
A shipping notification will be sent once international shipment is completed.
In some cases, items may be shipped separately and arrive after the initial notification.
14. Absence at Delivery
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left.
Please arrange redelivery directly with the carrier.
If an item is left unclaimed, it will be returned to the overseas warehouse.
If the delivery address is incorrect, the package will be returned as undeliverable.
Reshipment within the storage period is possible, subject to an additional return handling fee of approximately USD 20–25.
Please note that the actual fee may vary depending on the destination country or region and shipping conditions.
The amount stated above is provided as a reference only.
If the storage period expires, the item will be discarded.
In such cases, we cannot be held responsible, so please ensure timely receipt of your order.
