Article 1 (Scope and Definitions)

1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the website operated by the Company and all services provided through such website (collectively, the “Service”).
2. By accessing or using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms.
3. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Article 2 (Conditions of Use and Account Management)

2. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after acceptance, in cases of inventory shortage, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other reasonable circumstances.
3. Cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds after contract formation shall be governed by separate policies established by the Company.

3. Purchases made for fraudulent purposes

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. For users residing in the United States, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.

2. For users residing in the European Union, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the user’s member state of residence, to the extent required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

3. For users residing in all other countries, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts determined in accordance with the applicable governing law set forth above.
