5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for defective items or incorrect deliveries will be covered by our store.

For all other cases (customer-related reasons), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Method and Timing

Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing will begin after the returned item is received and inspected.

Depending on the payment method, it may take several days to several weeks for the refund to be reflected.

7. Sale and Outlet Items

Sale items and outlet items are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
However, if such items are defective, they are eligible for return and refund.
